Younger Optics has announced several new hires and internal promotions as part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening its team and enhancing customer service.

The company has welcomed Kevin Burleson to the role of Territory Sales Manager for the states of Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi. Burleson brings extensive experience in the optical industry, having previously served in sales and management positions with several leading optical companies. In his new position, he will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with eye care professionals and optical retailers throughout his territory, while promoting Younger Optics’ comprehensive portfolio of lens products and solutions.

Younger Optics has also announced the promotion of several team members who have demonstrated exceptional performance and dedication to the company. These internal promotions reflect the organization’s commitment to recognizing talent and investing in the professional development of its employees.

Among those promoted is Sarah Johnson, who has been elevated to the position of Senior Product Manager. Johnson joined Younger Optics three years ago and has been instrumental in the successful launch of several key product initiatives. In her expanded role, she will oversee the strategic planning and execution of product development projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative lens solutions to market.

The company has also promoted Michael Chen to Director of Customer Service. Chen has been with Younger Optics for five years and has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and a deep commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. As Director of Customer Service, Chen will lead the customer service team in providing exceptional support to eye care professionals and optical retailers, while implementing strategies to further improve the customer experience.

Additionally, Jennifer Martinez has been promoted to Regional Sales Manager for the Western region. Martinez has been a Territory Sales Manager with Younger Optics for four years and has achieved outstanding sales results while building strong relationships with customers throughout her territory. In her new role, she will oversee a team of Territory Sales Managers and work to expand Younger Optics’ presence in the Western United States.

These appointments and promotions come at a time of continued growth for Younger Optics, as the company expands its market presence and strengthens its position as a leading provider of lens solutions for the optical industry. The additions to the team will help support the company’s strategic objectives and ensure that customers continue to receive the highest level of service and support.
