Award-winning reading glasses company, read on, will reveal a new reading glasses collection – read on bold – at the international optical event in Paris, SILMO Paris, taking place from 25th to 28th September 2026.
A striking new concept for the readers market which builds on read on’s existing collection, the new thicker 4mm reading glasses are characterised by an exclusive urban sports design offering versatility as well as personality. In a contemporary colour palette of four colours, the collection also caters to wider faces with the availability of the new ‘L Size’ – which comes in a slightly larger but still supremely thin, convenient, minimal read on case.

read on bold will launch in four colours: transparent red (with matching red case), transparent blue (with matching blue case); transparent crystal (paired exclusively with a white case) and classic black (with a classy black case).
The new 5mm thick cord comes in black or white. It has an asymmetrical design to look stylish and contemporary.
