The Silhouette Group has appointed Christian Bachler as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman of the Executive Board, effective April 13, 2026.

With Christian Bachler, the Silhouette Group is gaining an internationally experienced leader with proven expertise in the consumer goods and lifestyle industries. Most recently, as Executive Vice President at the Fiskars Group, he was responsible for the global Vita business unit, which generated sales of approximately 650 million euros and employed around 2,500 people. In this role, he managed a portfolio of renowned premium and luxury brands and played a key role in driving their strategic and operational development in the core markets of the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

Bachler brings over 20 years of international management experience and possesses extensive expertise in brand management, portfolio strategy, and operational excellence. Previous leadership roles at Swarovski, particularly in the areas of product, design, and marketing, underscore his consistently brand- and customer-oriented approach.

In his role as CEO of the Silhouette Group, Christian Bachler is responsible for the global brand management of Silhouette, evil eye, and NEUBAU, as well as Silhouette Complete Eyewear. In addition, he oversees the departments of Design, Corporate PR and Communications, Human Resources, Strategy, and the Program Management Office, and serves as Chairman of the Executive Board.
